SECTOR FOR PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT PROCEDURES AND MONITORING OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF LEGISLATION

The Sector for Public Announcement Procedures and Monitoring of the Implementation of Legislation within the Human Resources Management Authority performs affairs referring to the publication of announcement (internal and public) and public competition for filling vacancies in the state bodies and the selection process for the applicants.

This Sector is responsible for giving opinion on the acts of internal organization and systematization of state bodies, monitoring the implementation of legislation related to the state administration and civil servants and state employees, career development, performance appraisal of civil servants and state employees, monitoring the work of interns, merging drafts of human resources plans of the state bodies and preparation of a proposal for human resources plan of the state bodies and Government services, monitoring the implementation of the human resources plan, as well as analysing data and drafting the report on the implementation of the human resources plan.

Affairs referring to the cooperation with other state bodies and institutions, realized through providing explanations and instructions for the application of regulations on state administration and civil servants and state employees, are of the topmost importance for improving the recruitment system, performance appraisal and promotion in state administration.
